Day 1 of your Kenya Safari in Tsavo East National Park

Your safari begins with a drive from your beach hotel to Tsavo East National Park, the largest national park in Kenya. A 2-day safari in Tsavo East is truly a special experience. The reserve is divided into the larger Tsavo East and the more scenically varied Tsavo West National Park. After passing through the Buchuma Gate of Tsavo East, your first game drive in the park begins. Lunch at the lodge or camp. In the afternoon, enjoy another game drive in Tsavo East, ending at sunset. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 of your Kenya Safari in Tsavo East National Park

After an early morning game drive and breakfast in Tsavo East, embark on your final game drive in the park. The return drive through the park to Mombasa includes more safari viewing. Lunch near Voi. In the afternoon, your Tsavo East safari concludes with arrival at the beach hotels.

Note: As the Sarova Saltlick Lodge is located in the Taita Hills, not in Tsavo East, the game drives take place in the Taita Hills reserve.

Safari Itinerary

Safari Start: We will pick you up directly from your hotel or accommodation on the day of your safari. It’s only a 3-hour drive from Mombasa to the Tsavo Parks before your first game drive begins.

Hotel Transfer: Included in the safari price.

Beverages: During the game drives on our road safaris, drinking water is always provided for you and is included in the price.

Safari with children

Discounts: Children under 12 years receive a 50% discount (Masai Mara safaris 25% discount).

Infants/Toddlers: Safari is suitable for children aged 6 years and above.

Group Safari

Small Groups: For groups of 5 or more people, we offer our vehicle exclusively as a private safari.

Single Room

Single Room Supplement: For solo travelers, a single room supplement of 20% of the standard price applies.

Booking Process

Online: Use our online form for a booking request and provide all relevant travel details. You will receive immediate notification if there are still available spots on your desired dates.

Bank Details: African Bush and Beach Adventures maintains an account in Austria. After receiving your booking confirmation, we will send you an invoice, and you can conveniently pay via bank transfer—no expensive international transfers to Kenya!

Reservation: You only pay 25% of the trip price as a deposit to our account. The remaining balance can be paid on-site.
