WASINI ISLAND EXCURSION
You will be picked up from your hotel at around 7:00 AM and driven to Shimoni, near the border with Tanzania (approx. 1.5 hours). From there, you will board a traditional Arabian dhow and sail to Kisite Marine National Park.
Here, you will have the opportunity to spot dolphins, go snorkeling (included), diving (at extra cost), and swimming. Kisite Marine National Park is one of the most renowned marine parks in the world, covering an area of 30 km². The tropical underwater world around the coral reefs is truly breathtaking.
You will enjoy a seafood lunch on the island. Afterwards, you will visit Wasini Island and learn more about the Swahili culture, Arab history, and the slave trade.
Return to your hotel at approximately 5:00 PM.
